How can you say that the feeling of a person for others is true love?

How can you say that the feeling of a person for others is true love?

There are lots of meanings if we talked about love. They say love makes the world go round. Others say that if you care so much about the other person that you would not do to somebody else, that is love. But how can you really say that the feeling of a person for others is true love? Is there a barometer to measure love in terms of accuracy and really satisfy the answer to this argument?

As a point for discussion, maybe we can set examples of personal experiences. Love comes in many ways so we cannot cover specifics but just instances. I would say that the love of my parents for me is genuine and this is out of the question. No one can challenge me because this is based on personal experience. Same is true with the feeling I have for my family whom I love so much.

There are also other forms of love that a person feels for others. And true love can be evident by the way a person is affected it. A person who is truly in love shows a different aura her personal appearance. She seems to be glowing inside and joyful outside. How I wish I could find somebody who can be my sweetheart someday.
